Can someone help in in figuring out the best workflow when using a Intensity Pro and going to a DVD recorder? I want to record real time from an FCP timeline, through an Intensity Pro to a Normal DVD recorder. Now they dont have HDIM inputs, if they do what ones? and does anyone know how to work around using the HDMI out on the intensity pro to go to a DVD recorder?? Thanks ahead of time for any help. greatly appreciate time for responses

DVD recorders don’t have HDMI in, they do have composite and s-video in, s-video usually gives higher bandwidth, refer to your intensity manual for the proper connections and menu settings for A/V out via the breakout cable.

    Hello Brian,

I hope you can help me. I have a similar challenge that Drew encountered in 2009. I have a Mac Pro installed with intensity pro. I’ using an external monitor to preview my video in real time. I just got a DVD recorder today, and I can’t burn live to dvd. I can seem to make it work…

    Please help.

    Bernardo
