  Xbox 360 & Intensity Pro no audio

  I’m using a connection that has my xbox 360 hooked directly up to the card through the component cables, and I’m using Media Express to capture. I get the video fine, but for some reason, the audio is this occasional crackling noise that is VERY loud and kinda sounds like the feedback you get when you turn on a pair of speakers. The funniest thing is, I unplugged both the Red and White audio cable from the Intensity Pro, and nothing has changed. Same garbled crackling noise.

  What is my problem?

  Okay now i’ve decided that the HDMI direct connection works from the Xbox and the Intensity Pro and I hear the audio perfectly clear on the Capture screen. But when I click record, no sound emits, and the capture file has no sound! Any help?
