    hello,

I’m creating the solar system in after effects, so far I created the sun and all the planets and oriented them all towards the camera.

the planets are created using “cc sphere” on the planet’s texture.
now the cc sphere effect allows me to control the shading falloff (light height) which is great to add realism.
but the problem is, when I use the orbit camera tool to orbit around the whole 3D scene, the shading stays still.

is there a way to get real shading that follows the direction of the light (the sun in this case)?

    thanks
