Intensity Pro With Boinx TV
We just installed two Intensity Pro cards on a Mac Pro in an effort to capture via HDMI the output of our HD video cameras.
We installed the cards and software included in the box. At this time Boinx and other Mac applications recognized it as a valid input.
We then installed the latest drivers from the Blackmagic website and all of a sudden only the BlackMagic software could now detect the cameras. The Mac acknowledged the cards were there under System Prefs tab, but I was unable to alter the Preferences for it. Also, our other Mac programs that detected the inputs before no longer do.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or do you know how to fix it. I have left messages and emails for Blackmagic and am still not hearing back from them.
