720p 50 with FCP
Whilst providing real time preview of 1280 x 720 50p when playing back timeline without transitions or fx in FCP, I get a black screen if the play head passes over either a transition or picture in picture sequence. Normal operation is experienced with 1920 x 1080 50i. Both sources are from an EX1 camera and the appropriate sequence and View settings within FCP have been selected plus the Intensity output conversion from 1280 x 720 to 1920 x 1080. If viewed using the 2nd (preview) monitor rather than the Intensity there are no problems and playback is as expected. Any suggestions or ideas?
