  Blackmagic SP and file error

  I just had to rebuild a Mac G5 and we re-installed Final Cut Pro Studio 2 and the new software for the Blackmagic SD card. Now, when I go into FCP to log and capture, I have complete deck control, but when I go to capture now or caputre a clip, it won’t do it and it says unknown file error. How do I fix This?
