  New Decklink HD Extreme DOA (I think)

  I’m trying to get ANYTHING from my new Decklink HD Extreme. It’s connected to a Sony J-H3. I’ve tried HD-SDI, Component… Nothing. When I try to use the Decklink Media Express program, I get “No Comm” in the device control window. Everything installed fine. Thoughts anyone? At $400/day for the deck, it’s very frustrating. Thanks in advance.

  Bump, similar experience here with two cards now, both the original and replacement card. can get Standard Def through (both composite and HDMI outs), but thats all, and only when in a capture mode. Can’t capture anything, just black… tho it all seems to go through to my monitoring device no problem. HELP.
