    Hi
I have just purchased a Black Magic Intensity Pro to capture to ProRes direct from the HDMI on my camera. I have a problem with the quality of the video after capture, the playback looks bad both in the FCP viewer and my Full HD plasma through the Black Magic HDMI, its like an interlace problem. I am using the black magic intensity 1080i/50 preset as I am in PAL. The properties of the captured clips look ok ProRes field dominance upper odd etc. I have captured uncompressed 8 bit and native HDV and they both look fine. Also if anyone has a suggestion on the best workflow for HDV and the intensity to maintain the best quality throughout.
    thanks

    Hi.

Try to change field to oposite position. Try to use Prorez HQ.

Or in systempreference > Intensity. Turn off “Remove field jitter”
