  Downconversion on windows

  I need to capture HD-SDI video as simple SD video. Which cards can do this?
  There is a document on the documentation site on decklink describing it cannot be done using 5.4 drivers. Looks ancient to me so I want to make sure this has not been fixed in later drivers?
