  No ProRes playback thru Blackmagic Deck Control?

  I have a clip encoded with Apple ProRes. It plays back fine in fcp thru the BM card and on to an external monitor.

  Opening the same clip using Blackmagic Deck Control yields no output to the monitor. I’m using the latest drivers (6.6.2) on a HD pro dual link card. Quad G5 and fcp 6.0.2.

  i should be able to do this, yes?

  Hi Alan,

  Unfortunately, no. We have not incorporated ProRes playback in Blackmagic Deck Control as yet.
