  S-Video BNC Support Doc is Incorrect for Decklink Cards

  For what it’s worth, the Blackmagic support document on hooking up S-Video to Decklink cards via a BNC breakout cable is incorrect.

  Items 4 and 5 state that you should hook up the s-video “C” (chroma) to the decklink Y input and the s-video “Y” (Luma) to the decklink B-Y input.

  That is incorrect.

  The correct method (which makes more sense) is:

  Y —–> Y
  C —–> B-Y

  Not sure about the Multibridge PCIe.

  Not a huge deal, but it does save time having the correct information to begin with (especially to those who actually try to RTFM). 😉
