  Multibridge pro problem

  Hello all,

  Having problems with my Multibridge Pro, upgraded to the new 6.1 then all of a sudden I get crackling in the audio when trying to capture and now picture at all. Spoke with tech support reinstalled older driver still the same problem. But Audio play back is fine. By the way this is a mac pro system.

  never had this problem with the aja products, that i would give this company a go maybe I made the wrong move?

  P.S.Also when I was editing a HD project wanted to hooked up my TV so I could watch playback but it didn’t work, I know it was HD but I thought you could down convert the footage so it could be previewed. played with the settings but that didn’t work aswell.

  Hi,

  What is the make/model of VTR you’re capturing from?

  Are you capturing component video or SDI?

  When you say “no picture”, what i in the Quicktime file? Noise? Black?

  What format are you capturing to? 10-bit? 8-bit? DVCPRO HD?

  What format is your deck / camera putting out? 1080/60? 1080/50? 720p60?
