  How do I go into Blackmagic software and change some of the presets if needed. I’m having a problem laying off to DBeta masters in NDF. I think I’m supposed to change the BM settings. Hope someone can help.

  I think you have to ask a more specific question – it’s hard to answer such a general one. You don’t say what specific problem you are having, what equipment you are using, what software you are using, etc.

  In general the timecode type would be a setting in your editing software and/or your deck rather than the decklink settings.
