  upconverter for fullscreen w/ hdlink

  I want to view my 720p footage on my 24″ Dell through my HDLink (out from a Kona 2). Is there a cheap converter that I can put between my Kona 2 and HDLink that will uprez from 720p to 1080p so that I can view fullscreen? My final output is usually 29.97, so I don’t care if it runs it at less than 59.94.
