  Multbridge Extreme DVI Calibration on 23″ Cinema Display

  I’ve searched through the list but don’t see a definitive answer, so I’ll go ahead and ask.

  I’d like to calibrate the DVI output going from my MBE to my 23″ Apple Cinema Display.
  I know you can feed the MBE a LUT, but I can’t find any info on the format required for the LUT.
  Additionally, would it be possible to take a display profile such as those used by System Prefs,
  and translate it into a LUT to feed the MBE?
  We can run the eye-one display 2 on the Cinema Display and get a profile, but since the MBE
  is supplying the output, choosing the profile in System Prefs does no good.

  Hi,

  Manufacturers of some monitors may provide a LUT on their web site or on a CD which shipped with the monitor. These can be used with Multbridge Extreme as long as they conform to the standard LUT format used by HDLink and Multibridge Extreme. The format is any tab-delimited text file; red, green and blue per record; first line (title line) skipped; Lookup tables need to be 1024 records long plus the first line reserved for title line.
