  hd link out puts the picture wrong size.

  Hi All

  I do FCP support in a Post House, and went on holiday for 2 weeks, meanwhile the editor on the job was changed. When I came back The picture is not filling up the Apple Cinema Display anymore its is cropped from left and right and therefore it is squished a bit.

  I checked my audio vid settings which is Blackmagic NTSC DV 16X9
  I also cecked the video playback and it was set to Blackmagic NTSC 8 bit which is the setting I have alway used.

  I dont know what has caused this problem as I was away when this happened.

  Is there anything I can do to correct this.

  Have a look in the HDLink Utility and check the settings under ‘Standard Definition Scaling’.
