    Hey guys,

I’m having troubles with white frames appearing in renders at 1080 23.98 10 bit when using BlackMagic 10 bit 1080p 23.98 movies (from AE 7). The problems go away when I purge the cache, but will consistently happen when memory get used up.

Is this a know bug? I’ve seen it both computers with the decklink HD pro 444 cards or in simple AE pcs using the software codec. Although I’ve never seen it happen on a mac.

Currently I’m trying to purge the cache every 30 frames. Any ideas? I’m using the 4.9 codecs.

    Thanks,
    Drew

    Hi

You can use the Decklilnk 5.6 installer as a codec only installation package.
    I recommend trying this first.

If the issue persists please email me @ pcsupport@blackmagic-design.com

Please include your system specification and your workflow format at codecs being used.

    Thank you
