  Thinking About Decklink HD Extreme

  I’ve just upgraded to Quad G5 systems and need PCIe video cards to replace the PCI-X cards we were using. I know both Blackmagic and that other company, both have good products and support. I’m not worried about that. I’m curious if I would lose any functions of the other makers “LSe” cards. I’m specifically concerned about AES audio both in and out. The HD Extreme would appear to have that covered. I would also have the bonus of working in HD if I have the need. Is there some problem I’m not foreseeing?
