  Help – Video Hub downconverter no audio

  I’m trying to get a project out to tape but the downconverter in our Video Hub isn’t passing the audio through. I assume it is supposed to?

  If I monitor off of my decklink HD Pro card and all is well. If I send the signal through the downconverter the audio doesn’t pass through. I’ve tried monitoring with both the HDLink and the deck. Video looks fine.

  I’ve tried the usual power on and off with no luck. I’ve tried 60i, 59.94i, 50i, 25p and 24p projects.

  Any ideas???

  Someone from BlackMagic confirmed this is a known bug. So I’ll stop trying to fix it, and hope they will.
