  Won’t uninstall problem

  Add/Remove will not uninstall the existing BM driver- is there a standalone uninstaller for windows?

  Try installing the same driver on top of the existing one; you’ll probably get a choice to “repair”. Do that, and you may be able to uninstall next. I think something like that worked for me a few months back.

  Thanks for the reply but we had already tried that and no repair or uninstall option.
  One of the geeky guys here went into the registry and deleted the BM stuff- that fixed it.
  (none of the registry fix apps worked either)
