Why can’t I edit footage into a master that has been edited on an Avid MEdia Composer.

Whenever I do an inframe edit into the master from some footage I digitized FROM THE SAME MASTER and lay it back to tape… IT’S SHIFTED TO THE LEFT???

Only in Analogue… Please don’t tell me it’s analogue blanking, or that it’s the deck. I’ve tried many decks and configurations. The horizontal phase is off os something… Why can’t I adjust horizontal phase?

This is unacceptablbe by industry standards.

    Correction:

The Decklink shifts things to the right, not left.

    Sorry.

    Same problem though!
