  • Poker playing cards: possible with trapcode 2?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to make a scene with flying poker cards scattered moving along with a comp camera, I though trapcode 2 would be perfect specifically with it’s textured polygon particle but I then remembered that apparently you can only choose one texture and this will show in both faces of the particle..in other words, I can’t simulate the cards because both faces would be showing the same thing and I need one face to show the back of the card..

so my question is, is there a way to assign a backface to a textured polygon? if not, what other tool could I choose to accomplish this effect, I wouldn’t want to animate a rotating card and make this a particle (what I usually did in earlier particular ) as it would lack realism..any ideas?

    thanx in advance!

I would use Card Dance for this one- it’s perfect for something like this.
