  Motherboard for Decklink in SD windows platform

  Hi,

  Any advise for using the Decklink extreme card with motherboard that share the same chipset eg: motherboard from Intel? My friend is looking forward to set up a new pc with your product and it is easier to find intel motherboard in my country.

  Hi Daniel,

  The new Dual Core PC’s are very good value and comparitively inexpensive for SD video, eg the P5WD2 Premium. This is an Intel Dual Core motherboard which we have tested and it works very well for SD.

  We have more recommendations in our Minimum System Requirements for Windows technical note.
