  Kona SD, FCP5, 10.4.1, BM driver 5b2

  Anyone have a working setup? Everything here works except it can’t locate the card to digitize. I get “Missing” for both video input and audio input.

  hm…. got it. I had to go into the A/V settings while the Log&Capture window was OFF, go into my Blackmagic 10/8/DV/etc.. settings and manually switch them to NONE, then back to Decklink.

  Now… it records audio but you can’t hear it while digitizing. This used to be under advanced Audio options/Speaker. But now????

  Hey Charlie,

  I would love to help but I haven’t made the upgrade yet… Please tell me how the transition has been? I have a Kona SD/ Dual 2.0ghz G5/4 gigs RAM/X Serve-RAID 1.8T so I am very interested to know what the upgrade has been like for you. Have you cut anything 8-bit Uncompressed? Is there still timeline slowdown with trims etc? Is there improved performance with large projects? Please share your success/horror stories.
