  AJ-HD130 DVCPROHD Print to Video issue.

  Hello,

  I’m trying to print to tape and I can’t get FCP to talk to the machine, I can record wild but I need to print to a precise timecode. The digitize part is fine, I have deck control, I can log and capture fine, but when is time to go to tape, no luck. Anyone here working with this machine that can shine some lights please…!!!.

  Hi,

  The AJ-HD130 does not have insert edit capability.

  Assemble, I want to print to tape in assemble mode on a fresh stripped tape starting at 01:00:00:00. I know about the insert problem. Sorry for not being clear.

  It doesn’t have assemble edit capability either.

  You need the AJ-HD1700 studio deck for accurate assembly/insert.

  I would like to confirm what has been said here, as I went thru the same thing with both the AJ-HD130 AND the AJ-HD1200A. The AJ-HD1700A or the old
  AJ-HD150 will do the insert and assemble. Not the “cheaper” decks.
