  FCP 5.0 w/ BMD 5.0b1 – Not Working

  Just trying it now. I’m not getting any video output. I’m using the Blackmagic DV NTSC setting with a DV timeline. I checked to make sure video output is set to all frames, etc., and it is. I tried setting playback quality to “High” as well as “Dynamic”. Still doesn’t work.

  The card appears to be functioning. When starting up FCP 5, the broadcast monitor goes black. But no video.

  I have a Decklink HD Plus on a dual 2.5ghz G5.

  Not some newbie setup. I was using the Decklink two hours ago just fine. I had already been running Tiger for two weeks.

  I just saw the thread posted after this. I did have Automatic Duck’s free AAF plugin installed. I trashed it and that fixed the problem.
