  Extended Desktop

  I’ve just installed a Decklink HD card on a new G5 and was curious if I can disable the extended desktop feature. I’ll be using two LCD monitors plus a 23″ cinema display with HDLink and would like to keep my mouse restricted to the two LCD’s.

  Now right now I haven’t connected the two LCD’s or HDLink and am just using the 23″ connected directly to the Mac to test everything, soI’m not sure if this will change anything. I’ve just noticed in the display preferences it shows a second display which doesn’t allow me to disable.

  Yes you can. The option is avaialbe in the Blackmagic DeckLink preferences pane.
