  Does F500 do anamorphic SD downconvert?

  We rent, and the manual I downloaded from Sony is in german, does anyone know offhand if the HDCAM F500 with the optional boards does an anamorphic SD downconvert? I know it will do letterbox.

  Yes, they call it “Squeeze”.
