  Excellent Solution for Super Slo-mo in Premiere Pro

  For those of you exasperated with the crappy slo-mo speed control in Premiere, annoyed with the work-flow of conducting speed changes in After Effects and frustrated with Twixtor’s flakiness, try Boris Continuum as a PP plugin. The actual filter is called “Optical Flow” and it’s super smooth sub-pixel similar to Twixtor but dead-stable and faster to render. Boris has a 50-meg 30-day trial version on their site.

  Been doing this for quite some time (in FCP). Can be a little twicky with some footage but as reported, does provide excellent results!
