  QT 7 ???

  anyone know about the compatibiliy with Decklink systems? they released it today, who’s gonna be the guinea pig?

  If you download it, you will need to buy a new copy of QuickTime Pro otherwise you will lose your FCP export capabilities. Pro key will come with FCP 5 upgrade

  That is wrong. Only in the Quicktimeplayer you can export nothing more. If you secure the old Player before, then you can export despite Quicktime7 in the old Player. FCP does not concern that anyway.

  I updated to QT 7 and didn’t have any problems … it wasn’t before I installed Tiger that the problems began …

  We’re not getting near Tiger until FCP 5 and all the new drivers are in place. but some people report things are working well…. it’s a crap shoot
