  HD Plus/MPEG 2 Problems

  Capturing SD with the Decklink HD Plus card into premier pro from a Digi Beta Via SDI. The .AVI or .MOV that I create look great, but when I encode them to MPEG 2 (I have tried several different software encoders all with the same result) the Luminance seems to be crushed and the whole picture is darkend beyond any acceptable levels.

  I have tried exporting out of Premier under different codecs all with the same result!

  I only have this problem with footage captured via the Decklink card

  Any Ideas and help would be really appreciated
