  AE CS4 crashing a lot

  Hello there.
  I am facing a problem for the first time today.
  I have started lip syncing a character(the way rabinowich does it)
  and I have been scrolling a lot on my timeline.
  After effects crashes every 5 minutes.
  i have 3Gb ram.
  I have made some adjustments without being sure that it will help.
  I increased RAM for other applications, i have checked Prevent DLL Address Space Fragmentation and i have checked Render multiple frames….I found that on adobe website.
  can anybody help me?

  Thank you very much, you have been very helpful these last days.
  unfortunately it still crashes…any other ideas?

  Have you tried turning it off then on again?

  i have but no result.
  i restarted my pc and again nothing.
  i run CS4 x32, but i have windows 7 64 bit.
  could that be the problem?they told me that with 32bit application i can use max 2gb ram.
  if i instal x64 bit adobe(CS5) will it be any better?
