I have that well known automated odometer project made by Aharon and modified it a little bit. I connected ones, tens ,hundreds and thousands layers each to 4 other null layer one for ones , tens, hundreds and thousands just to move evrey digit indpenedentally.when i key-framed the number 1941, the odometer started moving the first digit from 0 to 1 very slow.and the hundreds moves from 0 to 9 fast….how could i make them move at the same speed where the movement of the four digits can be in harmony not some digits move slow and others move fast.i tried changing positions of keyframes but it causes me a lot of trouble to change that everytime i use a number. is there a way to make a delay according to the number so small numbers move fast and big number like 8 or 9 move a little bit slow.

Looks like keyframing or setting up the numbers with duplicates may help. But I should add that I’ve not seen Aharon’s tutorial.
