I assume this crystalline title effect was done in AE. Can’t find it in the TrapCode tools.

try cc pixel polly on a layer (or text) and set gravity to zero and bring the grid spacing down.
then take that comp into a new comp, choose time>reverse time to make the particles come together.
for the blur at the beginning, try adding box blur, and animate the blur amount.

Card Dance can be used as well to create a similar animation, combined with the blur Kevin mentioned, glow and a Knoll Lens flare (stripe).
