  Hi, I’m having a little trouble with Lenscare. With AE’s stock DoF you can adjust the level of blurriness and focal thickness independently but with Lenscare they both seem to be tied into the “Radius” setting? Maybe this is more realistic but how would I go about getting more control over this?

  Also, Lenscare doesn’t seem to recognize the Z-Depth channel in my .rpf file. I have to duplicate the layer, use 3d channel extractor and use that as the depth layer.

  Any help most appreciated!

  Haven’t used Lenscare but my thoughts are that you can link, via Expressions, AE’s Camera Blur and Focal Length variables to Lenscare’s Radius property.
