  copying digits

  i am trying to add copy and paste digits into a comp which 1000×1000 and for some reason when i fill the screen up half way with digits(size 14) and try to copy and paste more, the screen just goes black. what could this be?

  I agree with Ted. My first thought is, are you using OpenGL to accelerate your previews?
