I have a bunch of adjustment layers with effects that I want to copy from one composition to another. But every-time I use copy & paste the names of the layers get lost and the order of the layers gets scrambled randomly. Is that a bug? How can I get my adjustment layers over properly?

When copying and pasting, the layers shouldn’t be scrambled. The order in which you select the layers matters though. So, if they’re not coming in the order you want, reverse the order you’re selecting them before you copy.

As for the layer names, just click on the layer name column at the top of your timeline panel. It should bring the names back.
