    Hi everyone,

I’m new with AE, proficient in Vegas.

I’m looking to do a photo montage/slideshow in AE using the cool 3D effects I’ve seen. In the end product I’d like to have my photos “float” in 3D with a camera moving about them. It’s for a family project.

    Questions:
    1. is there a free template/project I can download somewhare to get me started?
    2. if not, where would I find a good tutorial on this type of technique?

I appreciate any ideas/tips/leads you may have,

    Cheers,
    Gilles

Here’s another tip – the animations you reffer to are really cool when using they have a reflective floor.
    This tutorial can help.
    Also this plugin.

Thanks to you both. Great tuts and plugin! I’ll be looking them over today.

I’m assuming there isn’t a free project out there I can use as a starting point since you didn’t mention it.

    Cheers,
