  CS3 Vector Paint

  For some odd reason the machine I am working, has suddenly decided not to show me the vector paint GUI. It did at one time, but now it just doesnt show up.. I have been careful to make sure the Vector Paint effect has been selected in the effects panel and tried applying it to a new project with just a solid, and also a simple TGA sequence. The effect applies but no GUI appears in the composition area. I have done a uninstall and CS5 cleaner application followed by a reinstall but still no fix

  And tried all these thoughts but no use. I am on windows 7 64Bit, CS3 with its updates.

  Anyone else has any ideas what is going on here, or how to fix it ?
