    Hey guys,

I have a motion graphics project that I’m needing to send off to the client in which he only needs the project files, not a rendered Quicktime clip. The client doesn’t have the effect plugins that I’m using, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to “flatten” the effects to a layer like you can do in Adobe Photoshop with the Flatten layer command?

    Any help? Thanks.

Depends what effects you are using – some effects react to the composition (other layers, camera move and so on). You may not get the desired final look if you render just those layers- which is the only way you can do this in AE.
