  Quicktime Screen Record Options

  In any of the QT versions, is there the ability to force Screen Record to capture at a specific frame rate? Example – Capture at exactly 23.98 for placement in 23.98 sequences that will not need frame rate conversion to conform.
  If QT Screen Recording does not have that option, can someone recommend a screen capture software that does allow frame rate specifications and capture to at least Pro Rez quality – preferably 4k.
