  Access hidden user Library file on Time Machine

  What’s the best way to find and access a file in the hidden user Library on a Time Machine back-up drive? I can find the file, but need to make the Library visible to find it. I know Opt+Go for normal access to the user Library. But, what about something on the back-up drive?

  Mac OS 10.9.5.
