After installing Maverick on my iMac and Mac Book Pro, I can no longer play DVD’s that were made using Adobe Encore. When I install the disks, I get an empty window and if I try to play the disk, I get a “supported disc not available” error. If I click on the file menu and go to open DVD media, the VIDEO_TS folder shows up and if I dbl click it the DVD loads and played properly.

    Does anyone have an answer?

Try opening with Quicktime 7 Pro. That works with .mov that were created w/o the H.264 codecs
