  BlacX Duet often not showing on desktop

  All too often i have to turn off the BlacX Duet box and back on again, often more than once, for the drives to appear on my desktop. Any reason why this might be needed? All cables are connected properly. I’ve also checked with their tech support, but no reply as of yet.
