  Lion

  Hi all;

  We are still all Snow Leopard here and are considering upgrading to Lion to enable Kona AJA drivers for Adobe CS6 and Avid Symphony which require it.

  BUT….I can’t find a Lion installer for purchase on the App store…only Mountain Lion. Did we miss the window? No way I’m going Mountain Lion this early in its release.

  Thoughts?

  You can no longer buy Lion, but it can still be downloaded by Apple IDs that bought it when it was available. If you know anyone who bought it, they can log in to the Mac App Store and re-download the Lion installer from their Purchased tab. If you want to feel more EULA compliant and pay for something, you can buy Mountain Lion too and just wait to install it.
