  Server Apps not Opening on Xserve

  I have one of my Xserves that I can’t open any apps on (from server apps to safari to general apps). When I click on an app it jumps around in the dock, then stops dancing and stays in the dock. When I open the Force Quit menu I can see that the apps are running, but I can’t see any of the apps. Finder opens just fine. I can restart the server and have access to the apps again, then it breaks again. I have a Signiant service running on the machine and that works all the time (Signiant is just watch / drop folders)
