  Automator Text Field input?!

  I’m trying to setup Automator to auto-send my last weeks billable hours to our coordinator. I’m using Hourguard (a free program) which has an option to view report, pick a date range, then email. Everything works fine except I’m trying to get automator to auto-fill in the date range to be the last 8 days. I uploaded a snapshot of Hourguards interface, the select date range only does the last year or month.

  Also with Hourguard you can’t just click on the input box and type in 11/1/2011 the “/” is not editable. It treats the month, day and year as separate fields you have to click or tab over to edit.

  

  Am I asking too much of this program? I know it can be done somehow right?
