I am trying to get a PCI-Express card up and running in my Mac Pro that is running OSX 10.6.8

The card has the Sil 3132 ver C chip, and I’ve tried installing the “SiI 3132 Mac OS X 10.6.x BASE (non-RAID)” driver the found here:

    https://www.siliconimage.com/support/searchresults.aspx?pid=32&cat=3

However, my Mac Pro still won’t recognize my drives. The PCI-Express card is plugged into one of my x4 slots, and as far as I know this should be working… but it’s not. I’m stumped as to why. Can anyone please help me out here?

A couple ideas: 1) Upgrade to Lion and see if that works? ; 2) Somehow uninstall all the other silicon images drivers I tried installing to see if they would get the card working?

Thanks so much for any advice,

    -Aaron-
