Okay, granted, I’m behind the curve. Still working with 10.5.8 OS, and Quicktime 7.6.6 – but I’m on a project elsewhere, Snowleapord and Quicktime 10.1.1 (I think, not on the machine right now) and I noticed that all my export options in QT have shrunk. Seems to be a few preset Apple device export options, but my options to create exports in many different formats, and to customize the size, etc, seem to have vanished from this up-to-date version. Is that true, or have I just naively missed the clickable menu button that opens the magic door to options? I have to say that if they’re gone, I do not want to upgrade my own system. It’s nice to not have to rely on Compressor or Squeeze to do certain conversions, and in my experience QT often does a better job and is quicker, plus I can run multiple exports at the same time.

Have they really dumbed this thing down, or am I just missing something?
