  Video files backup

  Hi guys,

  I’m new to the forum and I’m looking for some advice please.

  I’m trying to back-up a large video project with all of its media, video, music etc. The entire thing takes up about 700GB and I’m backing up onto an external USB2.0 drive, since the project will not need to be worked on again for a long time, (if at all).

  The majority of the files are copying over without a hitch. However, some of them are refusing to copy to the external drive and I am presented with an error message:

  “Sorry, the operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred. (Error code 0)”

  If anybody could help me with a solution or suggestion I’d be very grateful.
